The Legacy Builders Academy was born from a calling, an unshakable belief that people are not broken, they’re simply out of alignment.

Our founder, Robert Heath, Sr., has spent his life in pursuit of clarity, excellence, and impact from the classroom to the courtroom, and from the military to the boardroom. As a Marine Corps Officer, a lawyer, a teacher, and a leadership strategist, he saw the same pattern emerge again and again: high-capacity individuals doing all the “right things” yet still feeling stuck, unseen, or unfulfilled.

They had achieved titles, built families, checked boxes, but something still felt off. Underneath the performance and the pressure, there was a whisper. A calling. A knowing that they were meant for more.

Those that are driven by that calling to have more, do more, be more are who we serve.

The Legacy Builders Academy was created as a refuge for the called, a space for transformation, not just information. A brave space where dreamers, leaders, and visionaries can stop performing and start becoming. Where high achievers can stop simply surviving success and start living in alignment with the truth of who they are.

Here, we don’t hand out quick tips or cookie-cutter formulas. We equip our members with tools, language, systems, and the courageous community they need to go deeper, to define success on their terms, take aligned action, and build a life and legacy they’re proud of.
